Example workflow: An agency revision round

  1. The client marks three issues on the staging site and comments on a shared Board.
  2. The project lead turns each mark into a request with the component and its source.
  3. Claude Code prepares the changes in the client’s repository under Always Ask.
  4. The client approves the before and after at phone and desktop widths.
  5. The team publishes one pull request for each approved change.

Example workflow: A sprint’s design QA

  1. The designer Option-clicks the components on staging that drifted from the design system.
  2. Design tokens and the team’s rules travel with each request.
  3. Each change is rendered at four widths and checked with the project’s tests and build.
  4. The engineer accepts most changes, refines one and undoes another, then merges.

Example workflow: A founder’s pre-release check

  1. Walk through the release in a phone-sized window and capture what’s off.
  2. Send the batch to the Claude Code session already open in the repository.
  3. Check each fix visually and undo anything that isn’t right.
