Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- If you’ve never subscribed to Pro, you can start a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method when the trial starts, and your first monthly payment is charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Choose Manage Subscription in the app’s account settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account returns to Free. Nothing you’ve created is deleted.
- What happens to my work if I go back to Free?
- Everything you already have stays yours to open, edit, export, send and delete, even past the Free limits of 3 Boards and 5 notebooks.
- What are the AI fair-use limits?
- There are no credits or usage charges. Each account can make up to 12 requests a minute and 3 at once, up to 400 requests a day, with daily limits on tokens and images. When you reach a limit, try again later.
- Do coding agents cost extra?
- Claude Code, Codex and Cursor run under your own accounts and subscriptions, so their usage is billed by their providers. Agent tasks run Claude Code under your Claude account, with a spending limit for each run.
- How is payment handled?
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase may be sold through Link, Stripe’s affiliate, as merchant of record; your receipt shows who sold it. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- How is the Developer Platform priced?
- It’s priced per team and agreed with you during onboarding. Contact sales and we’ll walk your team through it.
